cancellations
in consideration of our other clients and technicians, we ask that you kindly give us at least a 24 hour notice for any cancellations. multiple spa services must be secured with a credit card, and cancellations of these services with less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to a fee, no less than 50% of the scheduled service fee.
